Schedule of Examination

• During the course of the year there will be four formative assessments and two summative assessments.
• Students absenting from any of these assessments will not be re-examined whatever may be the reason. No student shall be promoted to the next class without appearing for the assessment.
• The result of the assessments are final and will not be reconsidered.
• Minimum 75% attendance is required for appearing in the Summative Assessment.
• Each Student would need to pass the formative as well as the Summative Assessment separately with ‘D’ Grade and above.
• If a child gets ‘E’ grade in one or more subjects, he/she will be given one chance for improving the grade. If the child doesn’t improve, he/she may be advised to repeat the class with the consent of the parents. This is applicable for students from class I to IX.
