Fee

• Fees once paid will not be refunded.
• School fees are payable for 8 months of the year.
• Fees must be paid before the 10th of each month. Incase of default a fine of Rs. 25/- will be charged per month, upto 20th .
• If fees fall into arrears for more than a month the child is liable to be refused admittance into the class.
• No reduction in the fees shall be made for pupils coming late to school after vacations, nor shall any reductions be made for broken periods of absence.

Fee Rules

• The pupils of Classes 1 to 4 should not be entrusted with the payment of fees.
• The Fee Books will be distributed by the Class Teacher. It must be stamped by the Bank to show that the fees have been paid.
• Those who have not paid their fees by the stipulated date, if not excused by special arrangement, are liable to a surcharge of Rs.100/-
• The delay in payment beyond two months renders a pupil liable to being struck off the rolls.
• Pupils will not be allowed to appear for the Terminal Examinations unless all fees due are paid to date.
• A Leaving Certificate will not be issued until all fees due to the school are paid in full.
• No laboratory deposit will be charged. Breakage of equipment if any will be charged at that time.

Tuition Fee Concession

• Concession in tuition fees is granted to pupils coming from poor and lower middle class families.
• Application for concession in tuition fees has to be made in writing, to the Principal, within the first fortnight after the commencement of the school year and on the forms obtainable from the school.
• Full tuition fees are charged if the reduced fees are not paid during the month on which they are due.
• An application will not be considered, if the pupil shows an unsatisfactory record, in conduct, progress or attendance.
• If a pupil fails to reach regularly, the minimum marks for a pass in all subjects, the concession in tuition fees may be cancelled.
