Promotion

• In Class 9 the conditions for passing will be the same as for the C.B.S.E. Examination.
• A pupil failing to be promoted will thereby forfeit, for the ensuing year, any concession in the fees.
• Promotion refused will not be reconsidered.
• Parents are requested to look into the diary daily to follow the progress of your child’s work and to pay attention to the remarks written by the teacher.
• You are expected to go through the calendars carefully and make a note of important dates and events especially "Parent - Teacher Meet, tests and examinations."
• We expect the parents to meet the teachers concerned to discuss not only the academic progress but also other areas of personality development like attitudes, aptitudes confidence building etc.
• See that your ward carries text books and note books according to the time table of each day and be up-to-date with his/her home work.
• Parents may please see that their child adheres to the uniform strictly. Wearing jewellery, earings and fancy hair will not be permitted.
• Once the child has come to school parents and guardians are not permitted to take him/her back during the school hours unless there is major emergency. In such cases, permission of the Principal, Vice-Principal is mandatory.
• Strangers are not allowed to meet students. Parents should not send any one to pick their child from the school, without written request to the Principal/Vice Principal.
• Distribute of gifts in any form either to staff or to the students is strictly prohibited.
• Parents and guardians must know that the school teachers are not allowed to give private tuitions.
• Parents and guardians to be cordial and polite with the staff of the school even in the most faxing situations.
• Minimum 90% attendance is required to become eligible to earn promotion to the next class.
• Parents/guardians are expected to abide by the rules and regulations of the school and to co-operate with the school authorities in enforcing discipline.
• If any Certificate or document is needed an application must be given before three days.
